CNAP was established in 2015 as a Centre-of-Excellence funded by The Danish National Research Foundation (DNRF). All core functions in CNAP are physically established at the Department of Health Science and Technology, The Faculty of Medicine, Aalborg University. Core competences, critical for successful ventures, are represented in the overall composition of the CNAP staff. CNAP works towards an equal distribution between national and international staff and gender utilising the strength of such. CNAP funding is secured for 6 years and a total of 30 ESRs and post-docs, including the FRESCO@CNAP ESRs will be an integrated part of CNAP.
