As a fundamental principle, FRESCO@CNAP will guarantee a fair, transparent, merit-based, impartial, supportive and equitable selection procedure based on international peer review. ESRs will be selected based on open, quality-driven competition with applications being evaluated on the scientific excellence of the proposal, the CV of the applicant, and the potential impact towards the researcher’s career development. CNAP will use international channels as well as relevant EU portals to advertise the PhD programme. International independent reviewers will conduct the evaluations and a Selection Committee will make the final selection of the ESRs. The selection and evaluation process will follow and fully comply with the Guidelines of the European Code and Charter and will be kept transparent.

The FRESCO@CNAP ESR recruitment will be published electronically on the websites of CNAP, FRESCO@CNAP, and Aalborg University. NB! Applications are only to be submitted online by using the official Aalborg University website (www.vacancies.aau.dk).

The ESR recruitment will also be advertised internationally in the careers sections of recognized societies and associations, such as IASP (the International Association for the study of Pain) and APS (the American Pain Society), on the EU portal EURAXESS under "Job Vacancies and Fellowship Programmes" and on the Commission’s own page for the MSCA under "Job Vacancies".
