We train 17 outstanding Doctoral Candidates to become the next generation of innovative pain neuroscience researchers. Our structured training program includes three Training Schools and Online Events, all designed to build scientific expertise, support interdisciplinary collaboration, and strengthen transferrable skills.

Our Doctoral Candidates will partake in secondments across leading Academic Partner institutions and innovative Industry Partners. These hands‑on secondments allow the Doctoral Candidates to deepen their scientific expertise, gain real‑world industry perspectives, and build a strong portfolio of transferable skills empowering them to shape impactful and versatile career paths.
